Handy, water-based Anti-Splatter is a safe, non-Flammable product which prevents the adhesion of welding splatter to the work-piece and to any jigs, shrouds, nozzles or adapters and other metal parts in the immediate vicinity.

CI-5547 is designed especially to prevent corrosion by the formation of a protective mono-molecular film on the metal surfaces. For this reason it is ideal for use as an additive to water to be used for static pressure testing of valves and tanks, leak-finding in tanks and pipework systems and for the protection of stored water systems for fire-fighting, process cooling, etc.

A multi-purpose lubricant and coolant fluid for use in most metal machining operations, Cool Cut may be used for drilling, milling, turning, boring and cold sawing of the more common metals.

This aerosol brings the benefits of tool-tip cooling and lubrication to a wide range of metal-working operations carried out on-site or with equipment that does not hold built-in lubricant systems. It may be used in all cutting, tapping and drilling operations on a very wide range of metals, including stainless steel and titanium.

A special preparation based on copper salts, Cuproplate 100 is especially designed to give a quick and effective reaction with suitable clean and grease-free ferrous surfaces. It is most commonly used to quickly give a cold- applied coating of copper on screw-threads and other areas of mild steels. This is useful for the purposes of providing controllable torque application, anti-seizing and protection against corrosion.

A special thinner for used lubricating oils, intended to assist in wear-tests and foreign particle inspections is such lubricants after extended use periods. Permits fast and easy filtration without any risk of degrading the solids.

An aerosol product which sprays to give a quick-drying, black or dark grey coating. Dry Film Lube is formulated with graphite and P.T.F.E in an acrylic binder to provide a long-lasting and durable lubricant coating.

Galve Cote S Aerosol is especially recommended for smaller areas. This aerosol is also ideal for patching work, such as after new welding of galvanised section or otherwise where galvanising has been stripped.

Spraybooth Additive, dosed at low levels into the water used in these systems, “denatures” any paint emulsions formed, allowing easier and effective skimming of the excess paint from the circulating water, This product also delivers broad-spectrum biocidal activity which effectively controls the growth of algae, fungi and bacteria in the system, Including S.R.B.

Super Bond is a heavy-duty aerosol adhesive which is suitable for a wide range of demanding uses. Fitted with a variable-discharge actuator which controls the width of the spray-fan, Super Bond may thus easily be used for both smaller, intricate parts and for larger area coverage. It is ideal for use in the furniture, flooring and automotive industries, especially for bonding foam to a wide variety of surfaces. Equally suitable for use in all repair and non-structural applications where a high-strength bond is required quickly.

A special corrosion inhibiting and biocidal solution for use in both static and circulating process water systems. CI-5547G is formulated complete with Fluorescent Marker Dye, thus also enabling its use in leak detecting applications.
